Kerrie Salsac has created a novel writing challenge. Head over to her place to take a look.  You can see all the rules there too.

Here is my first submission for Bloody Monday Morning

Jenna knew she needed to find clothing to cover her nakedness and determine what happened.  She didn’t remember anything about the blood on her hands.  Jenna rose to her feet and began to look at the wooded area around her.  The foliage was quite different than any she had seen before and her botany background told her to avoid unknown plant life.  Looking up above the trees, Jenna couldn’t believe her eyes.  Coming towards her was something out of the Jurassic period.  Jenna thought, “RUN” because no matter what had happened last night, a Tyrannosaurus Rex was coming after her.

Oy! I expected wild things but not this! That’s the way to get the ball rolling in a hurry. And the chase is on!
