Submitted for Share Your World – 2013 Week 39

Cee will post four different questions each week for you to answer.  There are two ways which you can participate.

  1. Create a  Share Your World  post.  Then post the link to your blog in my comment box or leave your answers in the comments box of her blog.
  2. To make it easy for others to check out your post, title your blog post “Share Your World” tag.
  3. Remember to Follow Her Blog to get your weekly reminders.

You are given $5,000 and the chance to exchange it for one of two envelopes. One envelope contains $50,000 and one contains $500. Do you make the trade? Why or why not?

I think I would take the chance.  Although $5,000 is a lot of money to lose, it isn’t money I had in the first place.  I have an occupation as does my husband and we have a place to live and can provide for the needs of our family.  If I choose the wrong envelope and give up $5,000 for $500, I will be upset but it won’t be the end of the world or a matter of life and death.

Do you believe in the afterlife? Yes Reincarnation? No

If someone made a movie of your life would it be a drama, a comedy, a romantic-comedy, action film, or science fiction?

First I am pretty sure the story of life would not be marketable material.  It has been very ordinary in my opinion.  I would have to say that it isn’t any one of the listed types alone.  Probably a little bit of many of them except maybe science fiction.

If you had to spend one weekend alone in a single public building or institution, which building would you choose?

I choose a public library.  In a public library I would have access to a wide variety of reading material as well as multimedia.
